Maintenance of control unit and foot switch:
When wiping off the blood or normal saline on the control unit and the foot switch, please unplug the power cord first, wipe it off with a cloth soaked in water (after wringing it out), and then carefully wipe it with a cloth containing disinfectant alcohol go.
Automatic protection circuit:
When the motor is overloaded, in order to protect the motor and the control host, the protection circuit starts to activate, and the power supply to the motor is automatically cut off.
How to release the protection circuit
Release and then step on the foot switch to release the action of the protection circuit.
Replace the fuse:
If the voltage is abnormal, plug in the power supply and start the machine, but the machine does not respond, please check the fuse.
How to replace the fuse? Please use a tool to pry open the fuse box on the back of the control host, pull out the old fuse, and replace it with a new one.
How to maintain the dental handpiece:
After each treatment, rotate the handpiece of the handpiece in clean water for 4-5 seconds to wash off the attached blood and saline. If there is too much dirt attached to the body of the dental handpiece, wash it with water and wipe it off with a dry soft cloth. Do not fully immerse the handpiece in water to prevent water from entering the handpiece from the rear of the handpiece.
Specific operations:
After each operation,
1. Wipe the surface of the dental handpiece with 75% alcohol gauze.
2. Then replace the salt water with distilled water, and run the motor to rinse the inside of the dental handpiece.
3. Disassemble the dental handpiece and soak it in a special disinfectant solution for 10~15min. Alcohol and hydrogen peroxide are prohibited.
